This year there are 16 children riding for the first two terms,
some of the children have ridden with me before so we are continuing
improving what they have already learned. The new riders are
starting off with the basics but because the other riders are more
advanced they are improving quickly as I am able to tell them to
watch how the other riders are doing specific things. Josi is
a new rider and she is quite a challenge if she is not stimulated
she closes her eyes and almost goes to sleep. This is quite
worrying as riding is all about balance and if you have your eyes
closed your balance is not good. Robin is another new rider
and he seems to be a natural as he can already ride at the walk off
the lead.
